Return Policy

Easy returns with a simple and transparent replacement process for eligible products.


Our Return Policy

At Trendy Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with a hassle-free return or replacement process.


Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received an incomplete order.


Return Request Time

Please report any return or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request quickly, kindly provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Photos

  • Parcel Photos (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product should be in the same condition as it was received.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements are not accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product was ordered in the wrong size, color, or variation selected by the customer.

  • Damage occurred due to improper use or mishandling.


Replacement Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  • The returned item will be inspected.

  • A replacement product will be shipped as soon as the inspection is completed.


Refund Policy

Currently, Trendy Bazaar provides product replacement instead of cash refunds for eligible return cases.

If a replacement is unavailable, our support team will contact you with the best possible solution.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Trendy Bazaar will take responsibility for the return process.

For returns requested due to customer preference or incorrect selection, additional courier charges may apply.
